Earlier versions of this workshop received outstanding feedback (94% rated their workshop as "excellent" in June 2018) and now this workshop returns, bigger and better. All adults with an interest in Autism and Anxiety are invited to attend.

ACT for Autism present the neurological research that helps to explain why those with ASD are more likely to experience feelings of Anxiety, and daily strategies that can be applied in support. Examples are based on classroom activities, school policy and home life. Life Lessons Australia present practical strategies to deal with anxious feelings, and how to replace them with memorable and reliable options that enable an individual to learn and maintain their own healthier emotional habits.
