About Me

I am 27 years old, and I have a Bachelor of Psychology and Counselling. Through my previous experiences as a Behavioral Therapist Assistant, I had the opportunity to deliver individualized ABA therapy to non-verbal children with ASD. With this opportunity I witnessed the unique strengths and challenges each child brings to the table, allowing me to develop a nuanced understanding of their diverse needs, building meaningful relationships and creating a personal passion within the autism community.

What are some of my strengths and hobbies?

I enjoy playing basketball and video games. I also like playing card and board games. I am passionate about fitness, going to the gym, and sports. I want to make a difference in children’s lives, which helps me remain patient and calm in situations. I always try to understand where others are coming from and try to be adaptable in every situation.

What do I enjoy learning about?

I enjoy learning about history and different cultures. I also find pop culture and media fascinating.

Why do I like supporting children with an autism diagnosis and their families?

I believe every individual deserves the tools needed to succeed. Through my rewarding experiences, I have been able to assist these individuals to achieve these goals and make a positive difference.
