About Me

Hi there I'm Sacha! I'm a kind, patient, creative person who loves all things outdoors. My favourite season is Summer, where you will normally find me at the beach, at my favourite cafes, or on a walk with my dogs. I love camping and travelling, and spending time with my family and friends. At University I am studying Psychology and Gender Studies, and have a passion for Women's Health.

What are some of my strengths and hobbies?

My main strengths are communication, empathy and time management. I am helpful and patient, and maintain a calm and reassuring presence in stressful situations. I have many hobbies, and enjoy learning new things. I love music and dancing, and at University I am a part of the cheerleading and dance club. I love swimming, especially at the beach and have lifeguarded for many years at different pools. I also love reading, playing card and board games and baking sweet treats (the more chocolate the better). I am aways eager to try new hobbies and activities!

What do I enjoy learning about?

I love all things psychology and brain related. I am fascinated with how people think, feel and behave. Particularly, I like learning about how psychological impacts affect women and girls. As well as scientific knowledge, I love learning different instruments and crafts. At the moment, I have been enjoying learning about different ways to upcycle clothing! Rather than buying new things, I like to think about how I can turn something I already have, into something brand new!

Why do I like supporting children with an autism diagnosis and their families?

I am passionate about creating safe spaces that allow children to grow and explore their interests. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard and supported for who they are. I love working with children, as it brings out my inner child and it's a privilege to have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life.
