Support workers

Our support workers spend time with autistic individuals at home, at the park, at the shops, at TAFE or at work — wherever our clients may have unmet disability-related support needs if they were alone.

We support children, teenagers and adults in the Perth metropolitan area, with a focus on north-of-river (NOR) suburbs. Every support worker starts with familiarisation shifts, and no long-term commitments are made. Our cancellation policy is 7 days, and clients are free to request casual additional shifts directly through specific app-based communication. Clients have 24/7 access to our booking system and can read and print all session notes.

Support is built around the person, and parents guide our support workers to help individualise the exact strategies that benefit their child. That might be building independence in daily routines, getting to an appointment, providing safety supports to facilitate a family outing, joining a community group, or simply having someone reliable to be out in the world with.

We work across the Perth metropolitan area between 6am and 8pm, seven days a week, for NDIS-funded and privately funded clients. Support worker services delivered between 8pm and 6am have additional charges, as per the NDIS price guide. Our therapy and capacity building supports are for neurodivergent children aged 9 and under, but support work has no upper age limit.
