Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website, the NDIS Price Guide Navigator, anything you download from us, and any workshop or course you book through the site. They do not replace a service agreement — if you are a client, your service agreement governs the supports we deliver, including cancellations.

Everything on this website is general information. It is not clinical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an assessment of your situation by someone who knows it.
Autistic people differ from one another enormously. A strategy that transforms one person's week can make another person's worse. Use your judgement, and ask us or another professional if you are unsure.
The NDIS Price Guide Navigator
The price tool is provided free, carries no advertising, and is offered as a service to the disability community.
Pricing information is sourced from the National Disability Insurance Agency's published pricing arrangements and is used under its non-commercial licence. Pricing information is © National Disability Insurance Scheme Agency.
Price limits are maximums, not set prices, and they change. Some supports need a quote or carry extra rules. We update the tool when the NDIA publishes new arrangements, but we do not guarantee it is current at the moment you look at it. Always check the official documents at ndis.gov.au before you claim or invoice. We are not liable for a claim rejected on the basis of what this tool showed you.
Free downloadable resources
Our free PDFs remain our copyright. You may print them, use them, and share them with families, colleagues and schools, on three conditions: you share them unchanged, you keep the copyright and licence notice intact, and the use is not commercial.
- You may not sell them, or include them in anything you sell.
- You may not remove our branding, rebrand them, or present them as your own work.
- You may not republish them on another website, in a paid course, or in a membership area.
- If you want to use them in a way this licence does not cover, email us. We are usually happy to say yes.
Your account of yourself
When you give us your details to unlock a download, you agree that the name and email address are genuine and that you are entitled to use that email address. If you are under 18, ask a parent or carer before signing up.
Links to other websites
We link to government bodies, advocacy services and other organisations because we think they are useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Workshops, courses and cancellations
Workshop tickets and online courses are paid for at the time of booking, and the price shown includes GST.
Tickets and course access are non-refundable if you change your mind or cannot attend. You can, however, transfer a ticket to someone else at no charge — tell us the new person's name before the session and we will change the booking.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you choose: move to the new date, or take a full refund.
None of this takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be signed away, and nothing on this page tries to. If a workshop or course is not delivered, is not delivered with due care and skill, or is significantly different from how we described it, you are entitled to a remedy — which for a major problem means a refund. Tell us and we will sort it out.
NDIS and privately funded supports are different. Cancellations for support work, therapy and capacity building are governed by the cancellation policy set out in the service agreement you sign before supports start, not by this page. If you are not sure what your agreement says, ask us for a copy.
Availability and liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the relevant information or service, or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the current version is always the one published here.
